hello! I'm judy Anne

Identities are tough to pin down, but it is critical to articulate how far we have gone in this discovery in order to create profound, meaningful connections with people. I am hoping, for us, this is a start. I started this journey as a coach thinking I wanted to help leaders, individuals and teams, but I now realise that my role in our eventual partnership is to be a witness to your journey and to hold that space  for you as you rediscover yourself and fulfil aspirations you hold dear. My story, like yours is multi-faceted, I am:

  • a seasoned leader in the international/global context (with brands like Nike and Maersk)

  • an impact and tech startup CEO and founder

  • a first generation immigrant and woman of color, and a proud Filipina

  • a woman who juggles multiple pursuits, motherhood and dreams –

These roles give me a unique perspective to share with you, having experienced both the glorious and humbling moments in the last few decades, firsthand. My practice resonates best with leaders, women, founders and founding teams, emerging talent or those who simply want to undergo a reflective or transformative journey to make the most of the life they have left. You may be here because you feel the need for a richer, more intentional life, work or leadership experience. Maybe you need a thinking partner to help you find where to even start, or maybe you know that you need to be more effective at reaching your personal and leadership aspirations. It is also possible that you feel a legend emerging from inside of you but cannot articulate the epics around those.

Everything I do is evidence-based and results oriented and I tailor the experience to each client. I am committed to understanding your context so we can deeply work together on what matters most to you and your leadership (of the self and of others).

Coaching found me (or I found it), while I was working as the Head of Sales for the European region in Maersk/Damco. I’ve always thought I knew how to coach my direct reports, teams and peers (a big part of the job is working through others in different geos), but going through my first coaching program (among many that followed) , started an enriching and unexpected love affair with coaching that has continued and given me so much. Some areas that influence my practice the most include Transpersonal Coaching, Neuroscience and Embodied Coaching, Leadership Coaching and Change, Applied Positive Psychology, Mindfulness. In my practice, the client is always at the centre of a safe, risk-free, judgment free creative space. I believe that a healthy level of challenge is required to effect lasting change.

With leaders, my work is aligned with their more immediate organisational leadership concerns and long term leadership effectiveness. However, I make it a point to provide a high level of challenge to establish clarity so they can find their authentic leadership compass, in service of their teams and organisations. I believe (and have seen and experienced) that when their unique leadership identity is embraced, they experience clarity, purpose and passion like never before – their performance and their teams’ performance then become a natural byproduct to enjoy. Being the best of who you are is significantly more important than the hollowness of being the best.This intentionality in self-leadership makes serving and leading others, easier, more consistent and more authentic. This applies for all of us. 

 

With teams, my work is focused on building thriving dynamics so individuals of differing competencies, personalities and motivations can work effectively together as a self-steering unit, creating a space for each individual member to be their best selves and distinctly shine.
